Vision Bath's conference room can accommodate meetings, interviews, training programmes or small exhibitions. The room has its own separate entrance directly from the concourse of Green Park Station, and is easily accessible to wheelchair users.

There is conference-style seating for 16 people, and theatre-style seating for 40 people. The room is provided with a whiteboard, flipchart, and video player. Other equipment is available by arrangement, and refreshments can also be provided. There is an audio loop system for hearing aid users.

Vision Bath is a registered charity supporting visually impaired people in Bath and North East Somerset. All proceeds from the hire of the meeting room go directly to supporting the work of Vision Bath.

Our offices are in Green Park Station, a listed building dating from 1869 that was formerly, as its name suggests, a railway station. It has now been converted to house a brasserie, shops, offices, market stalls and a Sainsbury's supermarket. Green Park Station is within easy walking distance of the city centre, and bus and rail links. Car parking is available for up to 90 minutes in Sainsbury's car park, and there is a multi-storey car park within a 5-minute walk.
